RE/MAX Balloon To Fly In Yorkville For Special Olympics

On July 18th, the RE/MAX ‘airborne goodwill ambassador’ of Northern Illinois will fly to support Kane County 2009 Special Olympics program.    The famous RE/MAX balloon will be at the ‘Family Fun Fest’ held at the American Legion Post 489, located on U.S. Highway 34 in Yorkville.

The charity event is expected to offer tethered balloon rides from 6:30 to 8:30PM at a charge of $1 per person.  All proceeds are benefiting the Special Olympics and the event’s primary sponsor is Terri Jeffries of RE/MAX All Pro in Sugar Grove, Illinois.

The all-day festival starts at 9AM with a Poker Run for motorcycles followed by an antique car show with many games for children.  This family event features a pig-roast dinner, dancing, entertainment, raffle and more.  Please see www.kcsofamilyandfriends.com for more information.
