Frankfort Luxury Home Tour This Weekend

322 West Nebraska · Frankfort, IL

From 12PM to 5PM on July 24-26th, free guided tours will be offered of Frankfort area custom homes.  Homes from the size of 2,800 to 13,000 square feet will be featured.  The largest and perhaps the most impressive home will be the 13,000 square foot mansion located at 11435 Vienna Way in Frankfort.

Located in southwest Chicagoland, Frankfort has seen a tremendous amount of growth during the past decade.  According to the village website, in 2007 the population was 16,492, the median income was $130,648  and the median home price was $376,724.

Originally known as ‘Frankfort Station’ when the railroads were brought to the town founded by German settlers, the ‘Station’ was dropped when the village was incorportated in 1879.
