In response to customer demand and the changing requirements of the current marketplace, four all-new single-family floor plans have been introduced at Pheasant Ridge in Richmond, a value driven single-family home community being built by Gerstad Builders. The new ranch and two-story plans, which range from 1,292 to 2,030 square feet, are designed to be attractive to first-time homebuyers and families looking to downsize after the children have left the nest for good. These new homes are a direct result of McHenry’s Gerstad Builders listening to the changing residential home market and customer input about desirable changes to the builder’s current line of homes. The most affordably priced home being introduced by Gerstad Builders is the ranch style Biltmore floor plan. This home was designed for people who are looking for a stair-free lifestyle and are more interested in maximizing the amount of usable living space, than creating dramatic vaulted ceilings.

As a result, the Biltmore offers 1,292 square feet of living space and a two-car garage for thousands of dollars less than any single-family home in the Richmond area. Efficiently laid out to accommodate a 16’ 6” x 11’ 11” kitchen/breakfast area and a 14’ x 20’ 4” great room, the Biltmore is spacious enough to host family events, yet efficient enough to easily heat or cool through out the year.
