Tweeting Chicago Real Estate And Selling on Twitter
This morning I logged into my Twitter account and like many of the Chicago real estate professionals I follow, Lennar was tweeting about several of it’s listings using TweetLister.com, in particular about a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Des Plaines. At TweetLister, you can browse the listing much like at other real estate sites on the web.
Riding the wave of Twitter’s increasing popularity, TweetLister creates yet another level of real estate selling online. Launched in May of this year, Realtors can use this service and tie-in their MLS listings to the TweetLister database and schedule it to tweet to all of your followers.
When listings are on TweetLister, they not only appear in the search engine that resides on the TweetLister website can be searched and seen by tens of millions of Twitter users worldwide. With TweetLister, you’re not sitting back and waiting for people to find your listings — you’re putting them in front of the tremendous, active, interest-based, real-time, constantly-expanding community found on Twitter.
You can include multiple photos, detailed descriptions, more property features and useful tools, such as a calculator, school reports, Google map and WalkScore.com. And it gives visitors several ways to contact you: directly to your phone and email; through our contact form, which also collects all contact information into a downloadable Excel file; and through two available links to a website and other web address of your choice.
TweetLister serves residential, commercial and vacation property brokers and owners from the United States to Australia to the Netherlands, from Portugal to Argentina to Canada — and all points in between.
