Ryan Dempster Throwing One of His Lakeview Mansions On The Market
Ryan Dempster is putting his Lakeview Mansion on the market as reported by the Chicago Tribune. According to the Elite Street article, he has placed a 13-room mansion on the market for $2.25 million. This is his second home in the neighborhood near Wrigley field as it is known that he owns yet another home mere blocks away.
Built in 2005, the three-story, 5,300-square-foot brick and limestone residence has 4 1/2 baths, four fireplaces, a master suite with a spa bath, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, a large gourmet kitchen with a butler’s pantry and breakfast nook, a party room on the top floor, a sauna, lower-level media room and a wine cellar. After a day game during the season, Ryan Dempster and his fellow teammates can relax outside on the 3,000-square-foot property are two cedar decks, a hot tub and a 2 1/2 -car garage.
He is not the only Chicago Cubs that lives near Wrigleyville as fellow Cub pitcher Ted Lily lives just west of the famed ball park. Yet another pitcher (reliever) reportedly lives on the Southport corridor in a condominium – Jeff Samardzija.
