565 W. Quincy Offering Steep Discounts For Chicago Condos

• A 1,227-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath in the tower, which was selling for $440,900, is now priced at $331,425 with free parking, a savings of $109,475.

Overall, prices range from the $150,000s for junior one-bedrooms in the tower to the $370,000s for two-bedroom, two-bath lofts. A garage parking space is included with most floor plans.  565 Quincy is FHA-approved, allowing qualified homebuyers to purchase with as little as 3.5% down.  The building also has a number of distinctive amenities not available in any other new development in the city. The centerpiece is The Q Room, an 11,000-square-foot recreation area with two bowling lanes; an indoor putting green; a movie theater; pool, ping-pong and foosball tables; a lounge area; and a fitness center with cardio and weight training equipment.
