The Niles Township Government presents, “How to Prepare Your Home For Sale,” a free lecture scheduled for 7 p.m. today at the Skokie Township building, 5255 Main Street, Skokie.

Marilyn D. Glazer, Realtor® and President of Glazer Enterprises, Inc., will explain the most cost-efficient ways to fix up a house for sale. Glazer, who is also a Niles Township Trustee, will discuss how to make the best of your home’s attractions and give tips as to what improvements will most attract buyers.
