Go Wright Now and Register Your Young Architect

Calling all budding architects! Have I got a workshop for you.

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Robie House is hosting LEGO Architects, an event for kids ages 6 and up.

LEGO Robie House. Cool.

During the two-hour workshop, the architects-in-training will use LEGOs to create a 3D model of a floor plan of their own design.

A youth educator will guide the students on window and door placement and design concepts like scale and proportion.

Kids don’t get to keep their creations, but they do get to take home their floor plan and a photo of their LEGO 3D model.

There are two upcoming workshops this month, and the Frank Lloyd Wright Preservation Trust offers these events year-round.
