Go HBA Team Go!

HBA competition heats upIt’s fall and that means high school and college sports are underway. But they aren’t the only teams competing this fall.  Home Builders Associations (HBAs) across the country are competing to win a FREE social media workshop from Carol Flammer.  Not only is Carol my partner in mRELEVANCE, but she is a home building industry expert and author of “Social Media for Home Builders: It’s Easier Than You Think.”

So, what is the outlook for the big game? Well, the kick-off was Aug. 23 and now 39 HBAs are competing head-to-head with book sales. Make sure to cheer them on as they compete for a three-hour workshop for their HBA or BIA.

Here’s the line-up:

  • Baldwin County Home Builders Association
  • The Greater Morgan County Builders Association
  • Arkansas Home Builders
  • North State Building Industry Association
  • Summit County Builders Association
  • Home Builders Association of Connecticut, Inc.
  • Builders Association of Eastern CT Inc
  • Polk County Builders Association
  • Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association
  • Home Builders Association East Central Illinois

  • Brunswick County HBA
  • Moore County HBA
  • Home Builders and Remodelers Association of NH
  • Builders League of South Jersey
  • Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, Inc
  • HBA of Dayton and the Miami Valley
  • Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati
  • Carbon Builders Association
  • Mercer County Home Builders Association
  • BIA of Northeastern Pennsylvania
  • HBA of Greater Columbia
  • Upper Cumberland
  • HBA of Cumberland County
  • Home Builders Association of Greater Kingsport
  • Home Builders Association of Tennessee

  • Greater Houston Builders Association
  • Laredo Builders Association
  • Southern Utah Home Builders Assn.
  • Shenandoah Valley Builders Association
  • Valley Home Builders Association
  • Central Wisconsin Home Builders Association
  • South Central WI Builders Association

Each HBA is tasked with selling the most copies of “Social Media for Home Builders: It’s Easier Than You Think” in order to win the big game (the FREE social media workshop). HBAs have until the end of October to complete the competition. Of course this book is not just for home builders, the book has lots of tips for agents, brokers and remodelers as well.

“Social Media for Home Builders: It’s Easier Than You Think” walks users through each step of setting up a social media presence and managing it successfully. The book is available for purchase over at BuilderBooks’ Online Store or available for download on your Kindle.
