Social networking sites are being adopted by baby boomers (aged 44-61).
The study surveyed 11,600 consumers online.
41% of baby boomers have visited social networks, such as MySpace or Facebook, and 61% have been to sites with streaming or downloadable video.
over 57% of Web users overall have stopped at social networking sites in the past three months. Baby boomers stopped on average of eight times in that period.

This is a really great way to learn how much the declining market really has on home appraisals, as well as about Down Payment Assistance (DPA), Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) and how to improve your credit score. The conference focuses on educating you about the real positives and negatives of today’s market, and then talks about how to react so that you can make more sales.
